User Review – Flag as inappropriate This is one of the most informative books I have ever read, it introduces you to a new concept that has either been overlooked or underrated by other authors on the matter’s of ageing; fat loss ; muscle growth and overall wellbeing. I haven’t read it too much yet to be able to give you a really good overview, but here are a few links, and from what I’ve read so far, the eating plan is cycled with days of very little carbohydrates and then a few days of “carbloading”; after getting through the book, if I come up with a good succient summary, I’ll repost here I want that clarity of thought and energy!
